Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
- Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, this policy does not cover personalized jewelry and God idols unless they are defective or not as described. We will process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you purchased an OYA Elegance product from a source other than our official channels (OYA Elegance website, app, or exclusive stores), their specific return policies will apply. Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in case of returns.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from a return order—meaning the customer claims to have returned several products, but not all of them were picked up—the company reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the total retail price of the missing item from the refund. This policy also applies to promotional items, such as gifts and silver coins.
- Refund Policy: Upon your request to return any of your products, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.
- Replacement & Exchange: You may also opt to replace or exchange your order according to your preferences. The terms and conditions governing replacements are identical to those applicable for returns. Replacement shipments will be dispatched only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (for silver items).
- Return Process: You can initiate a return request through our website or app. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support team, who will provide comprehensive assistance throughout the process. Upon scheduling the return request, it is important to be available for the pickup and responsive to calls from the delivery partner. If unavailable or unable to answer their calls, the delivery partner may choose to cancel the pickup. Restarting the process may result in an extended overall timeframe in these instances.
- Outbound and Return Shipments: Although most areas facilitate both outbound and return shipments, there are exceptional instances where certain locations only accommodate outbound shipments and not returns. In such cases, we may request that you utilize an alternative courier service, such as India Post, for returning the product. We will reimburse you for all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) in managing these returns. Should shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, any excess amount (including return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be deducted from the customer's refund. When our reverse logistics service is unavailable for specific pin codes, customers are accountable for returning the jewelry to our warehouse. They will be reimbursed Rs. 70 towards shipping charges as part of their refund.
- Empty Parcel or Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance. To proceed with your request, we will require a thorough unpacking video capturing all angles. Insufficient evidence or indications of tampering with the package may lead to your claim being denied. In such instances, the brand reserves the right to determine the final outcome.
Return Policy on Custom Jewellery
- Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc) cannot be returned with money. You can however, you can place a return request within 10 days of delivery to request a store credit, which is 75% of invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website. Return process
- To return an item, please email customer service at support@oyaelegance.com to obtain a Return merchandise authorization number. - Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Expectations- For defective or damaged products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Oyaelegance.com will deduct the certification cost.
Important notes
- Sale item or final sale cannot be returned.
- Return shipment is at the customer’s cost.
- Payment gateway charges if applicable will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit credit card net banking (except for American Express which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards for people these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST 18%.
- Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- Return will take 30 business days to process from the receiving date of the product at your address please note that the credit card company or bank may take another week to reflect that in your account. Questions
